loss of muscle mass

Despite having enough information about the close link between specific strength training and protein intake in muscle growth (see about it in Cruz-Jentoft AJ, Landi F, Schneider SM, Zuniga C, Arai H, Boirie Y , et al., Prevalence of and interventions for sarcopenia in aging adults: a systematic review, Report of the International Sarcopenia Initiative (https://foodsocietyx.com), Age Aging, 2014), very few physicians and nutritionists have taken note of this.

In general there is a diet for the body but not for the muscle. And bodily activities that point to the cardiocirculatory system are indicated, but again it is forgotten by the muscle. In this context, it can be affirmed that in an attempt to control the loss of muscle mass there have been more mistakes than correct options.
